How to Deal With Inappropriate Behaviour in the Workplace

How can you deal with inappropriate behaviour in the workplace? If you come across bullying, gossip, aggression or sexual harassment, how can you deal with these situations in a professional manner?

It’s unfortunate, but many professionals are forced to deal with inappropriate behaviour in the workplace – not everyone knows how to act or behave in a professional manner.

Sometimes it’s unintentional but other times it’s very much intentional. And if you don’t address it, the behaviour will keep repeating itself. Causing more and more stress and anxiety for you.

I’ve found that when people are faced with these types of situations, they don’t know how to deal with it.

Sometimes people blame themselves and wonder if they did something that caused this type of treatment.

Other times people are completely lost and have no idea what they should do, who they should talk to or if they should do anything about it at all!

As a leadership coach, I know that inappropriate behaviour needs to be addressed immediately. And I try to work with my clients to help them see the options they have to address it.

In this video, I share strategies that are available to you to address each of the types of inappropriate behaviour that I mentioned at the beginning of this blog post.
