These terms of service (“Terms of Service”) were last modified on August 21st, 2014.

Executive Impressions is an international business etiquette training and consultancy located in Lyon, France and owned by Kara Ronin.

Please read the Terms of Service completely when using http://www.executive-impressions.com (the “Site”). They document the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site and the products and services Executive Impressions offers. .

By using or accessing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

General Terms of Service
Executive Impressions reserves the right to modify the variety of business etiquette programs, products, services, and information it offers, including prices and availabilities.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our programs and their potential. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. There is no guarantee of results.

Payment
Payment for all products, programs and services is required in full before commencement of the business etiquette training program, virtual coaching program, or supply of digital products.

Prices are given in US dollars and are exclusive of VAT (French Tax Art. 293bCGi). Prices are effective at the time of the order’s validation by the customer. These prices do not include travel costs to and from the venue, if required.

Accepted method of payment is PayPal (credit/debit cards, or PayPal account). Bank wire transfers will be accepted for selected customers. Please contact Executive Impressions to request to pay by bank transfer.

Languages
Executive Impressions’ business etiquette programs and products are given in English.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
Executive Impressions Cancellation
While our best efforts are always made to ensure the business etiquette programs and virtual coaching programs run on schedule, we do reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time. A refund will be issued for the program fees paid, or where possible, an alternative date and time will be organised.

Client Cancellation
For all corporate and university etiquette programs, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start date scheduled will be refunded at 70% of the total fee paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date scheduled will not be refunded.

For all virtual coaching programs, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date scheduled will be refunded at 70% of the total fee paid. For all virtual coaching programs, cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date scheduled will not be refunded. Not withstanding the foregoing, if the virtual coaching program has commenced, or if any workbooks, activity books or handouts related to a virtual coaching program have already been given to the customer, a refund will not be given.

All sales for digital products are final. Refunds will not be given.

Website Terms and Conditions
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through the Site meet your specific requirements.

The Site contains links to other websites and online resources. Executive Impressions and its owner have no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content of general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on the Site.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright and trademarks in all blog posts, texts, logos, illustrations and other material on the Site, corporate and university etiquette programs, virtual coaching programs, and digital products are the sole property of Executive Impression’s owner, Kara Ronin, and may not be used, republished, distributed or altered without Executive Impression’s owner’s prior consent.

Content Posted by You on the Site
Some areas of the Site allow users to post content such as, comments, questions, and other content or information. By posting content on the Site or submitting to us any content via the Site, you are representing: that you are the owner of the content, or that you have the owner’s express consent to your posting or submission of that content.

In addition, when you submit or post any content, you are granting us, and anyone authorized by us, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, fully paid up, fully sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, and/or digitally perform or publicly perform or display such content, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium, now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose.
