Nobody is born with the “presence” of a leader. This is a skill that must be learned, developed and refined over time.

In this professional development workshop, you will get clear on how you want others to see you, and you will learn strategies to externalise that leadership presence with confidence and power.

The workshop starts by helping you define your new leadership brand. You will then learn how to change elements of your outward leadership presence, for example, your outfit and body language, so you can communicate this brand clearly to others.

Next, we focus on networking and you will learn how to network like a leader. Lastly, you will learn about self-doubt and how to conquer it. At the end of the workshop, you will have a leadership presence action plan so you can continue to build leadership presence in your career and business.
